Cube Satchel

A slim satchel with two tuck locks, a 15-inch laptop compartment and a rear sleeve that slides over a suitcase handle. Goes from a meeting to a train without looking like luggage.

The tuck locks are solid brass and rated for 20 000 cycles, which is roughly forty years of twice-daily use. We chose them over a magnetic closure because a satchel that opens when it falls over is not a satchel.

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, cotton twill lining, solid brass locks

Wipe with a dry cloth. Twice a year, apply a thin layer of neutral cream with a soft cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Store the bag stuffed, inside its cotton bag. Water marks fade on their own as the leather dries.
